Dominique Dawes to Join Councilmember Jawando for Thursday Virtual Storytime

Dominique Dawes, the Olympic gold medal-winning gymnast from Silver Spring, will join Councilmember Will Jawando for his daily virtual story time Thursday at 11:30 a.m.

The stories will be read live on Jawando’s Facebook page.

Jawando has been reading stories virtually to children since schools moved online because of the coronavirus. He’s been joined for these live readings by children, fellow councilmembers, and Academy Award nominee Cynthia Erivo.
