Dog Rescue Attempt on Frozen Pond in Gaithersburg
Montgomery County Animal Control officers have rescued one dog from a frozen pond in Gaithersburg and another is believed to have gone under the water.
MCFRS Spokesman Pete Piringer said the two dogs were spotted on the pond in the 8400 block of Meadow Green Way at about 11 a.m.
No additional details are immediately available. Rescuers are still on the scene.
