The “Nighttime Economy Task” Force met this week for the first time to discuss how to boost the nightlife in Montgomery County.

This week, I chatted with business owners and local residents of Silver Spring to get their perspectives on creating a nightlife in Montgomery County.

Will business owners be willing to spend the money it may take to get their investment back in the long run?
