A high school classmate, Susan Beloff Rosenstock, lost a beloved son to suicide.
Alone with some of Evan’s teammates, she founded a nonprofit organization, “Umttr” (pronounced “You Matter”) to address bullying and suicide.
Last night between 5-10pm, Mamma Lucia’s in Bethesda gave 20% of all proceeds to this group.
I went to the restaurant to show my support, see Sue, and order a take-out Caesar salad in order to add a few dollars to their overall take for the evening.

Headed home to watch an episode of “The Voice” I missed during the legislative session and enjoy my salad while catching up on emails and social media.

To bed about 1am.
