Distinguished Civil Engineer (PHOTO)

Dennis Kamber, who was recently named a Distinguished Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), is congratulated by Montgomery County Councilmember Nancy Floreen as he was honored by the Council on June 23.

The award is the highest accolade given by the association with only 649 members selected worldwide since the society’s founding in 1852.

ASCE recognized Kamber’s efforts in developing and implementing innovative design solutions, as well as for effective management of complex construction management projects.
