Discovering a Great Place to Work (PHOTO)

Discovery Communications, headquartered in Silver Spring, was recognized by the Montgomery County Council on July 15 for being named by Fortune magazine to the 2014 Fortune magazine list of “100 Best Companies to Work For.” Catherine Carroll, vice president of public policy of corporate affairs for Discovery, accepted a proclamation from Council President Craig Rice.
