On the second half of the show Blanca introduces Lieutenant Ruben Rosario.
Lt. Rosario is the first Hispanic officer promoted to lieutenant with Montgomery County Police. Blanca spoke to Lt. Rosario about the importance for members of the Hispanic Community who are undocumented to call 911 if they are victims or witness of a crime.
