Dense Fog Advisory

fog2The National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory until 2 a.m. on Dec. 10.

Visibility may be reduced to one-quarter mile or less.

Areas of dense fog will cause sudden reductions in visibility and rapidly changing conditions. Black ice will also form when temperatures drop below freezing this evening, especially on untreated roadways, bridges and overpasses.

A dense fog advisory means visibility will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your low-beam headlights and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
