Delegate Marc Korman Rules Out Run for County Council (VIDEO)

State delegate Marc Korman, a Democrat who represents District 16, says he will not run for Montgomery County Council in 2018.

In a video posted on YouTube and shared on Facebook and Twitter, Korman said he plans to ask the voters of District 16 to reelect him as their state delegate.
