DC Could See An Inch of Rain Wednesday During ‘Rainfall Deficit’

As of 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, Washington D.C. had received a total of .76 inches of rainfall. Capital Weather Gang reported that rain may only last for a couple of more hours, and predicts that Washington should receive one inch of rain by the end of the day.

Rainfall should stop by around 7 p.m.

Washington is experiencing a rainfall deficit. As of Wednesday, it is almost five inches below normal since Sept. 1.

As the storm travels, an intense cyclone will hit New England Wednesday night, causing strong winds and heavy rains.
