Curiosity Cube is Heading Back to Montgomery County

Careers in science, technology, engineering and math are on the rise, yet there are more opportunities than there are students to fill the positions.

Data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics has revealed that STEM careers are predicted to increase by 25 percent within the next few years.

In an effort to expose students to STEM-related fields at an earlier age, staff from MilliporeSigma, a global life science company, created the Curiosity Cube™. 

The 22 by 10-foot shipping container turned mobile science lab will make its back to Montgomery County on Nov. 2 through Nov. 7.

Students will have the chance to experiment with new technology this year that will educate them on how cells work through various science experiments.
