Crown Update (Photos)

The developers of the new Crown community in Gaithersburg hosted a preview for realtor agents on May 7. Over 100 agents attended the event.

Featured speakers included Kristine Warner of Public Relations firm Maier & Warner; Karl Alt of Westbrook Properties, Developer; Krista Di Iaconi of JBG Rosenfeld retail, principal; and Roxanne Musselman senior director national sales, KB Homes of San Antonio, Texas.

Some of the new businesses and restaurants coming to downtown Crown include: Asian Nine, Chop’T, Coastal Flats, Crown Beer and Wine, Harris Teeter, LA Fitness, La Madeleine, La Tagliatella, Lime Fresh, Paladar Latin Kitchen and Rum Bar, Roti Mediterranean Grill, Smashburger and Yogiberry.

KB Home
M/I Homes

Crown has an abundance of green space for active and passive uses. This includes multiple parks and paved shared-use paths for walking, biking and jogging to connect the neighborhoods of Crown and the developing community includes a planned stop on the future Corridor Cities Transitway. A Crown shuttle bus will also operate between the community and the Metro station.
