Crown Unveils Model Homes on June 1

The long-awaited model homes at Crown are being officially introduced on Saturday, June 1 from noon – 4 p.m. during a grand opening celebration in Gaithersburg.

The model homes by Pulte Homes and KB Homes are located in the Crown West neighborhood. A beer tasting and pairing will be hosted in the Pulte model while a pastry chef will put the KB model kitchen to the test. A caricature artist will also be at work in the KB model, while barbeque, music and a sundae bar will add to the fun outside.

The Crown sales center is located on on Decoverly Drive, off Fields Road in Gaithersburg.

The developing Crown community sits on 182 acres in Gaithersburg near the I-270 and I-370 interchange. The community is approved for up to 2,250 homes.

Four distinct neighborhoods are planned; two are currently under construction—Crown West is a residential neighborhood and Downtown Crown is the social hub of the community with a variety of shopping and restaurants, along with multi-family housing.

KB Home is building townhomes in Crown West that range from 2,188 square feet to 2,267 square feet, starting at $649,990.

Pulte Homes is building townhomes in Crown West that range from 1,654 square feet to 1,947 square feet, starting at $539,990.

M/I Homes is also building townhomes in Crown West that range from 2,049 square feet to 2,080 square feet, starting at $604,990. Their model will open later this summer.
