County Will Fly Flags at Half-Staff to Honor Board of Education Member O’Neill
County Executive Marc Elrich announced that flags will fly at half-staff to honor the legacy of Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Board of Education’s longest-serving member Patricia O’Neill whose death was announced on Tuesday.
Elrich began his weekly virtual briefing with comments about O’Neill.
