County Waiting for More COVID-19 Data Before Releasing Final Halloween Safety Guidelines

Local leaders are responding to questions regarding how Halloween might look like during the COVID-19 health crisis.

Dr. Earl Stoddard, with the Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management, says guidelines are being prepared while observing data but things will change between now and October 31.
