County Rabies Vaccination Clinic Set for Sept. 18 (VIDEO)

Montgomery County requires that all dogs and cats, four months of age and older, must have a current rabies vaccination and a county pet license.  The Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center will hold the final free rabies vaccination clinics for the year Sunday.

The rabies vaccination clinic is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 18th from 8 – 10:30 a.m. at the Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center, at 7315 Muncaster Mill Road in Derwood.

Gaithersburg, Rockville and Montgomery County cats and dogs can be vaccinated for rabies for free after pet licenses are purchased at the clinic. There is a $4 fee for ferrets and out of county residents.
