County Libraries Want Your Feedback
In observance of National Library Week (April 13-19), Montgomery County Public Libraries (MCPL) is conducting an online Customer Satisfaction Survey between now and April 26. The survey gives customers an opportunity to provide MCPL with valuable feedback on services, materials, facilities and resources.
The 12-question survey should take just a few minutes to complete. Customers 12 years-old and over are encouraged to visit the MCPL website at www.montgomerycountymd.gov/library and complete the survey in English or Spanish.
MCPL Director Parker Hamilton encouraged all library users to respond to the survey. “A few minutes of your time will help us learn what we’re doing right and what we can do better.” She noted that “County residents used our services 24 million different ways last year, and a big part of our success is listening to feedback from our customers and our staff, and then acting on it.”
Hamilton said, “This survey is one way we reach out to customers to identify what is most important to them. Moving forward, the survey results will help us focus more closely on all aspects of our services, resources and facilities that our customers feel can be improved.”
The survey results will be posted on the MCPL website after the findings have been compiled and analyzed.
