County Launches ‘Be Active Montgomery!’
Montgomery County launches “Be Active Montgomery!” to promote overall health and wellness June 8 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the South Germantown Recreation Park, 18041 Central Park Circle. C
ounty Executive Isiah Leggett and Council Vice president Craig Rice, as well as others will help kick off this free event. Activities will include games, fitness, performances, QuickStart tennis, zumba, healthy food vendors and more. Attendees who complete the fitness challenge will receive free admission to the Germantown Indoor Swim Center and the miniature golf course.
