County Government and Federal Agencies Announce Delayed Openings on Monday
Montgomery County government offices and federal agencies in the Washington, D.C. area have announced delayed openings on Monday, Jan. 12 because of the freezing rain in today’s forecast.
Montgomery County Public Schools officials have announced a two hour delay today.
The City of Rockville is also opening at 10 a.m. today.
Montgomery College has announced it will open at 11 a.m. today.
The City of Gaithersburg has announced offices are open, liberal leave is in effect for non essential employees. According to the city of Gaithersburg website, city-sponsored morning recreation classes for children and teens is canceled. Adult classes will be held. The Senior Center opens at 10 a.m. today.
