County Executive’s Budget Forum (Photos & Video)
Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett held his first budget hearing of the new year on Jan. 6 at the BlackRock Center for the Arts on what may have been the coldest night of the year. Despite the cold temperatures outside, MyMCMedia’s Sonya Burke reports that dozens of residents turned out to ask questions and to show their support for various budget items, including libraries and schools.

• Wednesday, January 29, Silver Spring Civic Building, One Veterans Place, Silver Spring.
