County Councilmember Berliner Introduces Composting Bill (VIDEO)

The goal is for Montgomery County residents to recycle 70-percent of the county’s solid waste by the year 2020. Along those lines, Council Vice President Roger Berliner has introduced a bill to increase composting to eliminate food waste. Susan Kenedy reports.
