County Council Approves Water Protection Charge Bill (Video)
The Montgomery County Council unanimously approved Bill 34-12 to expand the Water Quality Protect Charge to all properties not otherwise exempt under state law on April 16. The bill implements in the county a state law approved in 2012. Councilmember Roger Berliner comments.
