County Announces New Initiatives to Combat Winter Weather
There are conflicting predictions on what kind of weather to expect this winter.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predicts warmer than average temperatures, but the Farmer’s Almanac announced that residents should colder-than-normal temperatures, earlier this year.
Either way, Montgomery County leaders said it’s no problem.
During the county’s Annual Snow Summit, Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett boasted how throughout his tenure, Montgomery County Department of Transportation has become more cost effective and efficient. He continued that residents should expect expect the same this winter.
