Council to Consider Outdoor Smoking Ban

Councilmember Sidney Katz has introduced legislation before the Montgomery County Council that would ban outdoor smoking at eating establishments with outdoor seating.

The bill will be introduced at Tuesday’s County Council meeting. A public hearing has been tentatively scheduled for Oct. 23.
