Council President Roger Berliner Honored with Scull Public Service Award (VIDEO)

Council President Roger Berliner was recognized for outstanding leadership and service to the region by the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG) Dec. 14 at its annual meeting. He was presented with the Elizabeth and David Scull Award for Metropolitan Public Service, COG’s highest honor.  In this video from County Cable Montgomery, Berliner explains his reaction to receiving the award.
