Council President Meets With Media on Jan. 14

Montgomery County Council President Nancy Navarro will meet with members of the media on Jan. 14 to discuss key items that will be facing the County Council and its respective committees in the near future.

Navarro will address actions the Council is taking to make sure County schools and neighborhoods are safe in the wake of the tragedy at Newtown, Ct., and the Council’s priorities for this year’s Maryland General Assembly session.

The meeting begins at 11:30 a.m. at the sixth floor conference room of the Council office building.
