Montgomery County Council President Craig Rice held his weekly briefing with reporters on Oct. 20 and the first topic he wanted to talk about was Ebola.

Other issues discussed at the briefing included the Department of Liquor Control, the procurement process, early voting, the transportation lockbox amendment and more.
