Montgomery County Council President Craig Rice met with the media on March 24 for this weekly briefing. He began the discussion with an update on the County Executive Ike Leggett’s recommended operating budget highlighting the needs for Montgomery County Public Schools. He also provided updates on recent meetings with elected leaders from neighboring jurisdictions and the Council’s recent work session on snow removal.
