Council Issues Proclamation to National Blue Ribbon Schools

Jan. 30, Montgomery County Council recognized two elementary schools that were awarded with National Blue Ribbons. Ronald McNair, located in Germantown, is led by Principal Sherilyn Moses, serves 875 students and ranked 11th best public elementary school in Maryland. Farmland, located in Rockville, is led by Principal Mary Bliss, serves 753 students from 23 different countries.
