Council Honors Drug Market Initiative (Photo and Video)

Over the past two years Montgomery County Police implemented the Drug Market Initiative program to stop drug operations in the Damascus Gardens neighborhood. On June 11 the County Council honored the efforts to improve the quality of life in the apartment complex. Police Chief Manger and Council Vice President Rice comment.
