Council Committee Votes Unanimously on the Public Finance Campaign Bill (VIDEO)

The Montgomery County Council’s Government Operations and Fiscal Policy (GO) Committee voted unanimously on Sept. 15 to recommend the adoption of a public campaign finance bill to Montgomery County Council.

The bill could establish a system of public campaign financing for candidates for the offices of County Executive and County Council.
