Council Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Councilmembers  proclaimed September 15 through October 15 as Hispanic Heritage Month today in Rockville.

Councilmember Nancy Navarro presented the proclamation and highlighted the contributions of extraordinary Montgomery County residents during the ceremony.
