Council Approves 4.99 Billion FY 2015 Budget (Video)
The Montgomery County Council approved a $4.99 billion operating budget for fiscal year 2015. This budget is just over 3-percent more than the 2014 operating budget. Officials say the county is slowly recovering from the recession. Susan Kenedy reports.
