Corridor Cities Transitway Work in Washingtonian Woods Park (PHOTOS)

Gaithersburg officials have alerted the Mayor and City Council members in an email briefing that geotechnical borings for the Corridor Cities Transitway will begin on July 22 and continue for several days in Washingtonian Woods Park.

Assistant City Manager Dennis Enslinger reports in the daily briefing that a short portion of the park path adjacent and parallel to Great Seneca Highway will be closed from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. on July 23 for the work.

According to Enslinger, work notices have been posted along the path.
