Construction Begins for New Housing Development in Damascus
Rory S. Coakley Realty, Inc has partnered with developer Dean T. Builders to begin construction of a new subdivision on Watkins Preserve property in Damascus.
The new subdivision is located off of Woodfield Road and situated on 14 acres of land, according to a news release.
“We are proud to announce this newest project as part of our continued quest to deliver top expertise and quality product in the local real estate market,” Rory Coakley, president of Coakley Realty said.
The properties will be built on a seven month timeline from breaking ground to delivery.
Prices start at $915,000 and an income of $175K is needed in order to secure financing.
