Connecting Our Community: Inclusive Higher Education (VIDEO)

When we think about young adults with intellectual disabilities, we don’t often associate them with going to college. After tonight’s episode we should all be able to think differently.

On this episode of Connecting Our Community host Pat Shoemaker speaks with Dr. Meg Grigal, the Co-Director of THINK College and Senior Research Fellow with the Institute for Community Inclusion at the University of Massachusetts in Boston and Karla Nabors the Director for Developmental Education and Workforce Access at Montgomery College. Both guests have been at the forefront for college access for students with intellectual challenges.
