Connecting Our Community: Friendship Circle of Greater Washington
Children and young adults with special needs can often find it challenging to just find a friend to hang out with and feel part of the larger community. On this episode of Connecting Our Community Host Karen Allyn meets with Chana Kaplan who will tell us about The Friendship Circle of Greater Washington.
The Friendship Circle works with volunteers to provide assistance and support to individuals with special needs and their families by providing social, educational and Jewish programming.
