Community Policing in Montgomery County (PHOTOS)
Montgomery County Police Chief Tom Manger (second from left) and his leadership team met with the Montgomery County Council on June 9 to talk about the policies and plans Montgomery Police follow in hopes of avoiding incidents that have happened in jurisdictions around the nation over the past year.
Manger said his department’s operations are keyed on making the right decisions in hiring, training and accepting accountability. He also talked about how virtually all police-involved actions may now be on video of some source.
