Community Day With Dr. Starr (Video)
Montgomery County Public Schools Superintendent Joshua Starr held his first of four Community Days on Oct. 14.
Starr spent the day visiting schools in the Clarksburg, Poolesville, Damascus, Gaithersburg, Seneca Valley, Watkins Mill, Northwest and Quince Orchard clusters to hear first-hand from staff, students, and parents.
