Collision in Brookeville Causes Vehicle to Flip; No Serious Injuries
One person was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a two-vehicle collision in the Brookeville area on Sunday evening.
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service officials responded to the 21700 block of New Hampshire Avenue near Gaithers Meadow Lane around 10:30 p.m. The crash caused one of the vehicles to flip over, resulting in an entrapment where an adult passenger had to be extricated.
There was a minor fuel spill, and some lanes were blocked as a result of the crash. There were no other injuries, and the scene is cleared.
