Rockville Arbor Day Tree Planting Ceremony (Video)
Rockville celebrated Arbor Day on April 23 at College Gardens Elementary School with a tree planting ceremony. Two willow oaks were planted to shade the playground’s benches. Rockville 11’s Jennifer Ligsay reports in this video.
