Children’s Street Festival in Bethesda

Imagination Bethesda children’s street festival in downtown Bethesda takes place on June 1 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. The festival celebrating the arts takes place on Auburn and Norfolk Avenues and features live entertainment, hands-on creative activities for children 12 and under, face painters, roving performers, balloonists and much more. This family fun event is free.

Restaurants in tents along Norfolk Avenue include Haagen-Dazs, Smoothie King, Hard Times Cafe, BlackFinn and M&N’s Pizza.

Schedule of performances on the stage:
The Funny Guy at 11 a.m.
Rockin’ Railroad at 12 p.m.
Silly Bus at 1 p.m.
The Culkin School of Traditional Irish Dance at 2 p.m.
Dansez! Dansez! at 2:45 p.m.
The Diggity Dudes at 3 p.m.
