Child Falls Out Window

Montgomery County police are investigating the fall of a child from a 9th floor apartment window in the 8800 block of Piney Branch Road. It happened at 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 11.

The four-year-old boy has been transported to Children’s Hospital in serious condition.

Detectives from the Family Crimes Division and Child Protective Services are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fall.
