Chelsea School Site Rezoning (Video)

Plans to re- zone the five-acre Chelsea School site in Silver Spring have been amended. Among the changes, the Planning Board reduced the number of townhomes to 64 down from the original 76 and added more green space. Residents are still  concerned that there will be a cut through traffic problem in the neighborhood.  There will be a public hearing before the County Council votes on the changes.
