CERT Volunteers Train for Disaster Response (Video)

The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program trains residents to be better prepared in case of emergency. Montgomery County residents over the age of 16 are eligible to participate in CERT training. Since 2003, over 1,000 volunteers completed the training. CCM’s Susan Kenedy reports.
