Celebrate the Stanley Cup with the Capitals During Parade on June 12

The Washington Capitals made history Thursday night during the National Hockey League’s Stanley Cup Finals. For the first time in the franchise’s history, the Capitals won a Stanley Cup after beating the Vegas Golden Knights 4-1.

Fans can celebrate with the Capitals during a parade scheduled for Tuesday, June 12, according to the team’s website.

The parade will begin at 11 a.m. on the intersection of Constitution Avenue and 17th Street North West. The event will proceed along Constitution Avenue to 7th Street North West into an ALLCAPS rally on the intersection of 7th Street North West and the National Mall.

The parade is free and open to all members of the public.
