Casey Aiken’s Monologue

“21 This Week” host Casey Aiken comments on French film star Gerard Depardieu’s move to Belgium. France’s income tax on top earners will increase next year and Depardieu’s move seems to be an attempt to avoid the higher taxes. Casey notes that Maryland passed a “millionaires’ tax” a few years ago, with questionable results. Take a look.
