Capital Crescent Trail Closed for Construction

Montgomery Parks has closed the Capital Crescent Trail (CCT) for the next few weeks to allow for the construction of a raised crosswalk on the trail.

The crosswalk will be placed at the Little Falls Parkway crossing in Bethesda. No deadline has been given for the construction’s end, but those who wish to continue using the path may do so by following the allotted detour. Vehicular traffic may be delayed near the site.

REMINDER

The Capital Crescent Trail crossing at Little Falls Parkway is closed for construction of a raised crosswalk.

Expect minor traffic delays. If you are on the trail, look for detour signs.
