Bullis Wins National Lacrosse Tournament

The Bullis Bulldogs, the two-time reigning IAC (Interstate Athletic Conference) champs, had already enjoyed a great season winning their very competitive conference for the second straight year. Tuesday night they added to their trophy case by beating Salisbury School (17-1) from Connecticut in the finals of the 2019 GEICO national championship tournament held at Catholic University. The Bulldogs, ranked No. 2 in the country entering the tournament, finished the season with a 21-3 record.

Bulldogs senior attackman Robert Schain, who will be playing at Penn next year, had 4 goals and 5 assists in the final game and was named the tournament MVP.
