Budget Savings Plan (VIDEO)

The Montgomery County Council has unanimously approved a budget savings plan that was necessary due to a major change in the county’s revenue picture and the cuts come just over one month after the start of the new fiscal year. CCM’s Susan Kenedy tells us how the Council worked the numbers.
